With offices in Las Vegas, NV, San Ramon, CA & on Maui, the firm serves an exclusive clientele of professionals, consultants, entertainers, online marketers & high-tech startups. Kim is an Enrolled Agent, a Certified Tax Strategist and a Main Street Certified Tax Advisor.

Kim is the author of The Strategic Taxpayer® book series that helps transform “typical taxpayers” that grossly overpay their taxes into Strategic Taxpayers® that use strategy to avoid taxes by every legal means.

Kim is also the founder of the National Academy of Tax & Financial Strategists®, an organization that provides technical training, certification and marketing assistance to tax practitioners throughout the United States.

Kim has been a serial entrepreneur most of his life, starting at age 13, and has recently founded two private equity firms, one investing in the fractional CFO space and the other focused on subscription-based businesses.

Kim splits his time between his homes in Las Vegas and on Maui, He is an instrument rated private pilot and avid SCUBA diver. A six-time veteran of the Shark Tank at the Maui Ocean Center. Kim also enjoys summers in Alaska, catching fish and chasing grizzly bears (with his camera) in his 4x4 RV.
